MORNING

Step 1: C Cleanser
Gently cleanse without stripping or disrupting your already sensitive barrier. No need to double cleanse—C Cleanser effectively removes makeup, sunscreen, and impurities in one step without stripping your skin.

Step 2: Spritz
Fill your Spritz Bottle with clean water and then use it to gently mist your face.

Step 3: B Balm
Apply to areas of dryness or irritation to seal and protect.

Step 4: Sunscreen (essential)
Protect healing skin from UV exposure, which can worsen inflammation (not included).

EVENING

Step 1: C Cleanser
Remove buildup from the day while maintaining barrier integrity. No need to double cleanse—C Cleanser effectively removes makeup, sunscreen, and impurities in one step without stripping your skin.

Step 2: Spritz
Fill your Spritz Bottle with clean water and then use it to gently mist your face.

Step 3: B Balm
Apply a generous layer of B Balm to lock in hydration and fortify your skin barrier.

Step 4: Reusable Sheet Mask (2–3x per week or as needed)
Use as an intensive soothing treatment to accelerate recovery. Place the Reusable Sheet Mask on your face and leave it on for 10–20 minutes (or longer if desired) to amplify absorption and lock in hydration.

This protocol uses ultra-gentle cleansing to preserve barrier integrity, followed by layered hydration and lipid replenishment to rebuild the epidermal barrier. Occlusive support from balm reduces water loss and protects vulnerable skin, while soothing treatments help calm inflammation and support recovery.

By avoiding actives and focusing on barrier restoration, this system helps skin heal more efficiently and return to baseline faster.
