The Clean + Calm Protocol

Barrier restore routine for compromised, reactive skin. Finally—skincare that helps your skin recover, not react.

When your skin is irritated, inflamed, or compromised, the goal isn’t correction—it’s recovery.

Most routines make things worse by introducing actives too soon, prolonging inflammation and delaying healing.

The Clean + Calm Protocol is designed to do one thing exceptionally well:
calm, repair, and restore your skin barrier.

No actives. No triggers. Just what your skin needs to get back to baseline.

What’s inside:

  • C Cleanser
A gentle, non-stripping cleanser that removes impurities while preserving barrier function.
  • Spritz
A soothing hydration layer that calms irritation and preps the skin for repair.
  • B Balm
An occlusive layer that locks in moisture, protects compromised skin, and accelerates recovery.
  • Mask
Reusable 100% Medical Grade Silicone Mask creates a sealed environment to lock moisture in.

Who this is for:

  • Skin that is irritated, inflamed, or reactive
  • Anyone experiencing a flare-up (redness, stinging, burning, or sensitivity)
  • Those recovering from overuse of actives or complicated routines
  • Sensitive or allergy-prone skin that needs a low-risk, barrier-first approach
  • Skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis, or compromised barrier function
  • Anyone needing to reset their skin before reintroducing actives

Fill your Spritz Bottle with clean water and then use it to gently mist your face.

Step 3: B Balm
Apply to areas of dryness or irritation to seal and protect.

Step 4: Sunscreen (essential)
Protect healing skin from UV exposure, which can worsen inflammation (not included).

EVENING

Step 1: C Cleanser
Remove buildup from the day while maintaining barrier integrity. No need to double cleanse—C Cleanser effectively removes makeup, sunscreen, and impurities in one step without stripping your skin.

Step 2: Spritz
Fill your Spritz Bottle with clean water and then use it to gently mist your face.

Step 3: B Balm
Apply a generous layer of B Balm to lock in hydration and fortify your skin barrier.

Step 4: Reusable Sheet Mask (2–3x per week or as needed)
Use as an intensive soothing treatment to accelerate recovery. Place the Reusable Sheet Mask on your face and leave it on for 10–20 minutes (or longer if desired) to amplify absorption and lock in hydration.

The Clean + Calm Protocol insights:

When your skin is compromised, doing less isn’t just better—it’s necessary.

The Clean + Calm Protocol is built on the principle that healing requires simplicity. Instead of introducing actives or chasing quick fixes, this routine removes potential triggers and focuses entirely on restoring the skin barrier. Because when the barrier is intact, skin can regulate itself, defend against irritants, and recover more efficiently.

This is skincare that respects what your skin is going through—prioritizing calm, consistency, and recovery over intensity. Because the goal isn’t to push your skin—it’s to bring it back to balance.

Barrier dysfunction is at the root of many skin concerns—from irritation to chronic sensitivity. When the barrier is compromised, skin loses essential lipids, becomes more permeable to irritants, and struggles to repair itself.

This system is designed to reverse that process. Gentle cleansing preserves the barrier, while layered hydration and lipid replenishment restore its structure. Occlusives like balm reduce transepidermal water loss, allowing the skin to heal more efficiently.

By eliminating known irritants and avoiding unnecessary actives, this routine creates the optimal environment for skin recovery—so your skin can return to a healthy, resilient baseline.
